Close To My Heart Update - Update on Idea Book Availability and New Consultant Kits

Due to limited inventory of our US Summer 2009 Idea Book, we have made some temporary adjustments to the contents of our New Consultant Kit. For all enrollments submitted after 10 a.m. Monday, May 11, the following items will replace the current 10 Summer Idea Books:

• Five Summer Ideas Books,

Helpful Hints

To re-create the card as shown here, follow the helpful hints as outlined. For more detailed information on how to assemble the featured card, refer to our how-to book Originals Card Confidence Program™.

* Using the dry embossing stylus, create vertical lines on the top half of the card base.
* Using the sponging technique, apply Cocoa ink to the papers and the scored lines.
* Attach the ribbon along the top of piece A. Trim the ends, making them flush with the card base.

While reading one of my magazines I found an interesting article:

Over using Antibacterial cleaners can contribute to the emergence of anti-biotic resistant bacteria that are a growing cause of hard to treat illnesses. Dioxin could be formed from the antibacterial tricosan, a probable carcinogen in sunlight, and chloroform in chlorinated water. An all purpose cleaner is all you need unless you have a sick person living in your home.

Chemicals in some oven cleaners can be corrosive, irritating to your eyes, lungs, and skin. Use a non-abrasive nylon scrubbing pad and baking soda instead. Add salt for tough stains.

Creating Cards

I enjoy creating cards as its fun, relaxing, and most of all it distresses me...

Last year my cousin Gina Chun, a real estate professional in Hawaii asked me to make some custom cards for her to send to her clients. We designed a custom made stamp for her with: for your referral, from your real estate professional Gina Hara Chun on it. The custom stamp is used to stamp on the inside of the cards.

Last year I made Thank You for your referral, Happy Anniversary on your home purchase, Sympathy, Happy Birthday, and Congratulations from your home real estate professional cards. This year I made Thanks for your referral and Thank You cards.

At first I was asked to make them in purple and with ribbon. Then later in any color. Each of those three cards were created using the same paper pack.
